1. The Awards categories may be changed / modified / split /
merged based on the songs released during the period, and is at
the discretion of Awards management and selection panel

Nominations
Nominees shall be submissions selected by
Selection Panel and Awards management
Finalist/Winners shall
be determined based on the scores received across categories
except for Lifetime Achiever
3. Timelines
Efforts will
be made to adhere to the defined timelines. However, the defined
timelines are subject to change based on circumstances
Awards
Management and its sub- contractors shall not be held accountable
/ liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions /
postponement / rescheduling or cancellation of the Awards or its
ceremony or any part of its processes or public voting on account
of any factors beyond its control
4. Selection Panel
evaluation process
Selection Panel reserves the right to re-
categorize any entry which in their view is incorrectly
categorized based on the song Selection Panel has the right to
increase or reduce the number of Nominees in any award category
Selection
Panel's decision on the short- listing will be final and binding
on all participants
Any additional information, if needed,
will be sought from shortlisted nominees Selection Panel may
decide, in order to
SKYMA cannot and shall not be accountable / liable for any
disruptions / stoppages / interruptions / rescheduling or
cancellation of the Awards. SKYMA and its contractors cannot be
held responsible for matters out of its control and for force
majeure reasons.
Additions, deletions and/or modifications to
these Rules are at the discretion of SKYMA and the Selection
Panel, and they may make such additions/ deletions and/ or
modifications, at any time before or after the Awards,
prospectively or retrospectively
All disputes relating to or
arising out of the Awards shall be subject to the laws of
Lesotho
and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of competent jurisdiction at Maseru, Lesotho. The nominees and
winners agree that they shall hold harmless SKYMA and event
Sponsors, their employees, officers, contractors or other persons
and shall defend them against any loss, claim, demands, costs,
damages, judgments, expenses or liability arising out of or in
connection with any or all claims whether or not groundless, that
may be brought against SKYMA (and the others mentioned above) by
any third party in connection with nomination in or winning the
Award.
